TOURNAMENT RULES
Rule Set Disclaimer
The Rocky Mountain Armwrestling League (RMAL) is not affiliated with the International Federation of Armwrestling (IFA). However, to provide consistency, fairness, and a professional competition experience, RMAL has chosen to use the IFA rule set for all sanctioned tournaments, super matches, and ranked matches.
All competitors are expected to familiarize themselves with the IFA rules before competing. By using an established and widely recognized rule set, we aim to ensure fair competition and consistent officiating across all RMAL events.
